Peter Jones is Project Leader of the Middle East Security and Arms Control Project at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). Prior to joining SIPRI in 1995, he spent seven years with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs dealing with arms control and security issues in the Middle East, Europe, and at the United Nations.
